The company offers meat masseur for sale. Vacuum meat masseur is intended for massaging of preliminary syringed by a brine of gammons and pieces of meat, chicken gammons in vacuumed to the rotating capacity.
Applying meat masseur, you can accelerate and increase finished goods, improve its consumer properties due to of acceleration of technological processes of salting and raw materials maturing, to improve structure of raw materials after massaging. The automatic control panel allows to set and supervise the chosen mode of processing of a product.
Meat processing, using meat masseur , as a rule, consists of three alternating phases: rotation in a direct direction, a pause, rotation in the opposite direction. Duration of each dose is set by the user, proceeding from properties of a processed product, and automatically supported by a control panel. The base model of meat masseur is equipped with blades of triangular section. If your enterprise processes various kinds of meat (beef, pork, chicken etc.),you will need meat masseur with the blades which angle of slope can be changed, regulating thereby intensity of processing of a product.
