Tempering machine is intended for automatic tempering and storage with automatic keeping of set temperature of liquid or semi-liquid confectionary products.
Given tempering machine has the following widget and principle of operating : mixer is the round tank from stainless steel with conical bottom.The removable agitator with drive on the top of tank is inside of tank. Heating of the product is made in working capacity due to ten steam water case. Using heating with ten the regulation of product temperature is performed using sensor placed in working capacity and electronic regulator.
If the eternal source of steam exist, pipe for its supplying is provided. Using steam as heat carriers, tempering machine is completed with the device for bleeding of condensate water and regulator of the temperature.
The pipe for supplying and cool water discharge is provided for cooling of the product in steam water case. Uploading of the product is performed through hatch in the top of working capacity. Unloading is through tap in console bottom. The pipe with tap in the top for air overpressure is provided ror unloading of viscous products.
Correctly designedconstruction of frame movable mixer enables to temper qualitatively product with minimum time.
If necessary we may equip with steam generator.
